[Fatal Error] :1:80: The reference to entity "B_Inquiry_Medical" must end with the ';' delimiter.?

I'm running a scenario from the command prompt (via batch file) in NoGUI mode. The test launches fine, but when finished, gives the error above in the command prompt and neoload.log file. I've attached the log file from the time period in question, along with the batch file I'm using to launch the project. This has worked with other HTTP projects, but now I'm using it for Web Services testing and we're getting this strange error message.
