Browser is not starting

Hello!
I use NeoLoad 6.6 (64-bit) on Windows 10 (64-bit).
NeoLoad is run with Admin.
After 'New Project' is opened I click 'Start Recording' button.
I selected all possible browsers, but only 'Recording...' panel was opened. No browser window was opened.
Browser I used:
Google Chrome (69.0.3497.100 (Official Build) (64-bit))
Firefox (61.0.2 (64-bit))
IE11 (11.285.17134.0)
