how to change content type in SOAP Request

Hi When i run the SOAP request in neo load the POST content types changes to
POST http://esbps:9000/ESBAcordServices/ebws/Acord/A103NewBusi... HTTP/1.1

SOAPAction: ""

Content-Type: application/octet-stream

Need help on how to change it to text/xml
