I want specific user to pick specific list of values on each iteration.? Is it possible through neoload.?

I have 3 parameterized users at INIT, Which should pick specific paramereized values at Action respectively..
USERS: A, B, C - INIT-
MUST PICK SPECIFIC VALUES AT ACTION

A46,B89,A99,C67,B12,A64,C55,C88,B29

Both kind of values are parameterized for virtual users and for each iterations respectfully
