Error Code: NL-RUNTIME-02

Hi anyone,

I'm new in NeoLoad.

I tried recording multiple times and the last one, I just did not exclude any server at all to be sure. But I keep getting stuck on the 3rd request of the first page to load the URL with this error:

Error detected by NeoLoad
Error Code: NL-RUNTIME-02 Message: Internal error occurred playing the request. Details: java.lang.NullPointerException

And note that the checking doesn't conclude and is stuck on that page like forever.
