How to make the CI of Neoload with Teamcity more dynamic ?

I have 2 queries, listed below with regards to CI with TeamCity and Neoload -
a) how can I select multiple cloud load generators and modify their load factors during runtime
b) how can I change the scenario settings, for example - user count and load duration/iteration numbers
