Can we define WAN Emulation/browser/cache under population in neoload as a code approach?

Hi,

I am developing neoload project as neoload as a code i.e writing yaml files for userpath, server, population, variables and scenarios.

Here i am trying to include WAN Emulation/browser/cache under population in yaml file but not able to, as i did not find any mention of these in any docs related to neoload as a code.

So is it possible to put these fields under population in yaml file?
