I am sending some BASE64 converted data as Parameter in Script and getting BufferExceeded Error?

I am Sending some Data which is BASE64 converted into script as parameter but after running the execution I am getting Runtime Error as Buffer Capacity Exceeded.
Is there any limit on the number of characters which can be passed as Parametres..? How can we increase that..?/
