Where do the Dates/Times in Test Results Log come from?

In my test summary, I see a start date/time of Jan 21, 2021 2:42:05 PM, but in the log I see 2021/01/21 07:41:27 INFO. There is a 7 hour difference in the timestamp. Where do these time values come from in both cases?
