Your session has either expired or reset

Hi. I have recorded some workflows of my web application. But when I try to check the user path some of the Get API requests fail with the response of "Your session has either expired or reset". The access token in the requests is consistent. What I can do in this case?
I have also set the "Reset of user session option to "No".
