I want to capture all the sensor (touch) of Mobile camera(android native app) and also want to do the many other activity through the neo-load on the andriod camera like clicking, capturing image without flash, auto mode and other activity. But i am unable to record a single flow or, even not able to detect whether neoload sense the camera functionality or not.

i have tried in both tunnel and proxy mode of neoload but not success-ed.

Can someone suggest me what to do

I am able to record the mobile browser/App applications of the same mobile.

Not a question, but an observation: If you need different variables of type Random UUID in Neoload 5.1.3, you cannot create them by "duplicate" since they will have same values in runtime. You have to create all of them separately to get random and different values.

Hi,

could someone explain why a Shared Container also shares its enabled state? I use a Shared Container in different User Paths (I guess thats the way its meant to be) _but_ then I can only enable or disable _all_ its instances? I can see the usecase where its good to enable or disable them all, but in my opinion the usecase to enable or disable specific instances makes much more sense.

What does the community think and what is the official reason behind this decision?

Forgive me if i don't add all the required information here as I am new to Neoload.

I have a website I am trying to test that while in dev requires accessing a URL to authenticate to get a session cookie and then re-directs to the application. When I record the User Path, everything records with no apparent issues when carrying out the user authentication and the redirect works however when I come to doing the Post-recording Wizard I get an error when testing connection with the recorded credentials

If I ignore this error and continue through the wizard and then try to check the User Path validity it then errors on the GET request with the below Error as the response which I can only assume is as a result of the post recording wizard having issues:

Additional information that may help...
Proxy - Navigating through corporate proxy or unrestriced access gives the same issue
Neoload version - 5.4.0 (i have rolled back to 5.2.4 and the issue occurs there as well).

Bonjour, je suis sous NeoLoad 5.2.4 et je n'arrive pas à supprimer une variable dans le menu "Variables".

J'ai beau supprimer la variable, faire appliquer et OK, cette dernière est toujours présente lorsque je rouvre à nouveau le menu.
Et ce quelle que soit son type : liste, fichier, chaîne aléatoire,...

Au préalable, tous les fichiers de variables ont été supprimés physiquement du répertoire "variables" du projet.

Pour information, mon nouveau projet a été construit à partir d'un projet importé.

Avez-vous une explication ?

We are using a loop based on extracted value. If the value exists it will go to "Else".
Problem: Once it finds the value, for all subsequent iterations, it consider it exists. Is it possible to flush the extracted variable after the iteration is over?

Neoload is not including the pfx certificate I've added to the certificate manager during playback of the user paths. This is causing "forbidden resource" errors.

Server side logs suggest that neoload is not including these certs as part of the transaction. How do I explicitly include the certificate during playback?

We are trying to set up a continuous delivery using IBM Urban Code Deliver (UCD). I do have the agent on the NTS server. Do I need a dedicated controller or can one of my load generators be both a LG and a controller?

In my script I have a javascript code that captures 2 variables "order_id and order_item_id, for audit and analysis questions I want to generate a log that registers these values, this tests will be performed in the cloud so we do not know how to perform this process log.

We try with these parameters but none shows me the desired information in the results

You can add an option in the NeoLoad configuration file to ignore some errors.
Stop NeoLoad
Edit <install_dir>\conf\controller.properties file
Create a [Siebel] section
Add on a new line that option: siebel.errors.to.exclude=SBL-DAT-00378
siebel.errors.to.exclude=SBL-UIF-00299
Save
Restart NeoLoad

The response time seems correct but the rendering of the data receive is taking time in IE 8, I want to measure that time is it possible in NeoLoad ?

when we are recording via load balancer getting error message as"Binary response can not be previewed" in html rendering ,but when we directlly hiting request on application server request and response are properly recorded.

Following points we had tried
1. we have placed frmall.jar file in neoload "C:\Program Files\NeoLoad 5.2\lib\plugins\ext\frmall.jar".
2.Set environment variables for classpath and java home(for java version 1.8).

We have recorded from mobile with request https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js/ViewportInfoServi.... While replaying the script we are getting below response.

Not much familiar with Linux environment and commands. Are there any specific commands or steps that will allow me to install a NeoLoad file onto a Unix server? Also is there a way to do so without sudo access? If so, then what are my options?

When the distribution policy is set to global, is it possible that virtual users could potentially use the same value from the dataset?

If so,

1. Does the likelihood of this happening increase if you have a greater number of load generators and virtual users?

2. Is it more likely to be two virtual users on the same load generator using the same value, or two virtual users on different load generators?

I am extracting token string from the Auth request and placing it into the next request but when i extract my token string is missing JWS i need to add it to the extracted string
