Error Code: NL-RUNTIME-02

Hi anyone,

I'm new in NeoLoad.

I tried recording multiple times and the last one, I just did not exclude any server at all to be sure. But I keep getting stuck on the 3rd request of the first page to load the URL with this error:

Error detected by NeoLoad
Error Code: NL-RUNTIME-02 Message: Internal error occurred playing the request. Details: java.lang.NullPointerException
Please refer to the documentation for further details and advice

The link for documentation doesn't work.

And note that the checking doesn't conclude and is stuck on that page like forever.

NeoLoad NoGui Idles at Random

Hi,
We are using Neoloads awesome NoGui Mode. But we have encountered issues with this.
At random Neoload will get stuck during the start of the project see the following output from the terminal:

D:\scripts\automated_script.cmd

NeoLoad_file_name.nlp file has been found in D:\tests\Neoload projects.
Logging to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Neotys\NeoLoad\v6.10\logs, as user: username

It will keep hanging on the "Logging to" step for hours on end what we do to repair this is kill the process and restart the batch file. After this manual intervention the batch file will start working again for multiple hours or days until the problem manifests itself again.

Could you help us find a solution for this problem?

Netoys page says it supports messaging protocols i.e KAFKA, is there any documentation , details about the same?

there is a mention in the neotys page that it supports
Specific messaging protocols (e.g., JMS, MQTT, KAFKA, MQ Series, ProtoBuf)
is there any documentation on executing tests for a specific kafka topic?

Unable to start the execution. No error appears.

Dears,

The scripts are prepared in local machine where Neload Version 7.0 is present. Later the validated scripts are moved to VM's where we have complete load testing setup (Controller and Load generators Version 6.5).

We have prepared a population and scenario and given to start execution. After selecting the Play button, the tool stays in "Initializing" screen and we will not any response until the license lease period is over. We have to close the Neoload to perform other actions.

These are the check's done.
Population cache setup - Set to new
Load Generator agent - Started

In Our script first request I'm getting one "Session-id" i captured this into a Neoload Variable through Variable extractors.

Now i need to use this session id in JavaScriptVariable in fx variables.

Is there any possibility to do this?

ratio between actual user\load user

I am new to load testing ... wanted to understand what will be ratio of user we should run . I mean in my system we have 100 user hitting our system at a time . What should be my maximum user i should load for ... We have 100 user concurrent user in real life .. so to do regression testing to know what will me my worst case number of user .. is it 300 - 500 or more ..

Hi Team

i have recorded native application successfully but while validating script getting " NL_network-01" error.

Please find the below details:
Error Code: NL-NETWORK-01 Message: Network error: An IO error occurred sending the request. Details: java.io.EOFException: HttpConnectionOverHTTP@21cd6662(l:/10.80.35.141:55500 <-> r:genproxy.corp.amdocs.com/10.19.50.20:8080,closed=false)[HttpChannelOverHTTP@25f2e683(exchange=HttpExchange@60f06c59 req=TERMINATED/null@null res=PENDING/null@null)[send=HttpSenderOverHTTP@1b6e10a1(req=QUEUED,snd=COMPLETED,failure=null)[HttpGenerator@51da8bd8{s=START}],recv=HttpReceiverOverHTTP@63aea99e(rsp=IDLE,failure=null)[HttpParser{s=CLOSED,0 of 0}]]]

I tried below ways:
First: Without import certificate in preference.

Second: Unchecked HTTP/2 option under Recording Advanced option

Third: uploaded certificate in preference. but when click start recording getting error"An Error occurred when loading neoload certificate "(SSL Error)

Why isn't there percentile calculted for Pages and Requests ?

Hello,

We need response time percentile for pages. By defalut, Neoload does not calculate it. Percentiles only exist for transaction.
Why is that ?

Hello,

Transaction is a set a one or more pages.
HTTP requests are played in parallel by default on Neoload.
I would like to know if it is possible to play multiple pages in parallel.

Not able to record mobile application

Hello Team,

I did few steps for recording mobile application
1. Installed certificate in Android Device.
2. Controller and Android Device both are in same wifi network
3. In Android Device wifi advance setting select manual proxy Host Name : controller IP and proxy is 8090.
4. Controller disable start client and click on start recording.

In recording tool bar we identify warning message like
The request "xxxx.xxxx.xxx" has returned a missing certificate error.

we have created a yaml file to override some parameters from the project but when it comes to the variables you can only create variables: constant, file, random and counter. So How do you do it when you have to generate different UUIDs?

Can't change Project Storage from binary to XML

I started exploring using BitBucket to store my project in a Git repository. I read that I should change the Project Storage to XML. When I open the Preferences > Project settings > Advanced tab, everything is greyed out and Binary is the current selection.

I've read somewhere that it might be because the license doesn't allow it, but the license manager shows that the Collaboration feature is supported.

Any suggestion to get this to work is more than welcome.

When ever i am tsrated recording, the chrome is throwing certificate error

I am using neoload7. I am using the below certificate file. Even after i installed the certificate, when ever i am started recording the chrome browser keep saying... Certificate error.
