Jenkins build fails to automatically lease a NeoLoad license on CentOS

I am trying to execute a Jenkins job to trigger a Neoload scenario. But the build fails with "ERROR: Unable to automatically lease a server license" PFA log. User running Jenkins and test manually is the same (rootuser).
Can you please let me know if we need to make any changes to Jenkins/ NeoLoad configuration on CentOS
